7.13 Currency fluctuations may occur.

7.14 Where we have betting limits within our site, this refers to per person, not per wallet. You may not "farm" bets over this limit using the same account or other wallet accounts. Any bets over the limit will be cancelled, and the funds returned to the account. Persistent abuse can result in permanent account closure, and forfeiture of funds.

8.2 We may suspend or close your account as a result of a violation or suspected breach of this agreement or for any other valid reason. If you have been inactive for more than 6 months, we may close and confiscate the funds in your account.

8.3 We are aware and fully understand that mistakes and spelling errors may occur. We therefore, have the right to close your account, and retain any funds, if we detect that the information you have provided at the time of registration is incorrect.

8.4 We provide no credit except bonuses or promotions. The balance on the account earns no interest. We cannot be treated as a financial institution.

8.5 If we find that you are using the website in any way that it is not intended for, in order to earn money, we will adjust the account so that anything that may be earned from such activity will be removed. The account can be permanently closed.

8.6 We may refuse, terminate or limit a game or bet for any reason.

8.7 We declare a game or bet completely or partially void / (and / or close the account) if we believe that any of the following is true:

  • Bets have been made, placed and / or approved that we would normally not have approved due to a technical error affecting the website at that time; or a mistake, typo and / or anything out of our control;

8.8 We may suspend your account, cancel and / or refund any of your losses found in the "available funds' balance (after deducting any withdrawal fees); retain profits and / or apply debits as required (regarding damages caused by you) without warning and without any obligation to state a reason. If we do, all contractual obligations at the time of closing will be honoured.

8.9 If we suspect that you are involved in illegal or fraudulent activity regarding your (or third party) use of the website, have issues with creditors or are involved in any other behaviour that is detrimental to the website, we may suspend or close the account and / or cancel bets.

8.10 All transactions will be monitored and / or reviewed to prevent money laundering.

8.11 If, in our sole opinion, we find that you persistently abuse our rules - through any single or multiple wallets, we reserve the right to close your account/s and you may forfeit your funds in these, and any future accounts, at our discretion.

9.1 Deposits

The cryptocurrency payment method can be found under the "Deposit Money" page on the website.

When you select the cryptocurrency payment method, you agree to the terms of that payment method and all applicable fees (if any), approve the payment method is valid, that the payment account address belongs to you, and that you are entitled to use the payment address.

It is illegal to deposit money that has been obtained illegally.

We reserve the right to change currency on our customers' accounts without notice.

Minimum deposit to your account is 1 USD. Any deposit under 1 USD will not be registered.

In regard to all syndicate (group play) products:

9.2 Pay-outs

Once the result of a game you have participated in has been determined or when we can confirm the outcome of an event, any winnings will be made available to you on the account.

If, by mistake, we credit your account with winnings not belonging to you, these will be relinquished from the account.

9.3 Withdrawals

You may withdraw any amount up to the total balance shown in your account by requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are only made through the website.

You agree that funds in the account may only be used to play the games provided on the website. We may reject a withdrawal request if we suspect that funds are taken out on fraudulent or money laundering grounds.

Casino game providers require us to confirm large wins with them, which can take up to 24-72 hours.

You may withdraw up to 5000USDT (or equivalent based on the current exchange rate on the day of your withdrawal request) in a 1-week period, and a maximum of 20000USDT per month, unless a larger amount has been approved by us, at our discretion. We may charge a withdrawal fee. We can in our discretion pay non-lotto jackpot withdrawals in a currency of our choosing. Our insurance company covers Tier 1 and 2 wins, and will have their own procedure to follow, in order to comply with money laundering regulations. 9.7 Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services

9.8 Right to Change Third-Party Providers

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove third-party service providers at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during transitions between providers.

10.1 You can close your account at any time by navigating to the My Profile area, setting the Account Status to disabled, and then clicking Update Profile.

10.2 If you decide to close your account with us:

You must contact our customer support team and specifically request the closing of your account. We will transfer all funds from the account (subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal fees).

If you participate in a lottery, you cannot close your account during the time the lottery draw is in progress.

10.3 If your reasoning for closing the account is because you have a misuse problem, please check our Responsible Gaming Rules.

11.1 An inactive account is an account that has a positive balance that has not been used for an uninterrupted period of 6 months.

11.2 If you log in before the account becomes inactive, after we have charged an administrative fee, the account will no longer be charged with any further administrative fees. You can also request a full refund of the administrative fees by contacting our customer support team. The inactivity period begins from your last login date.

11.3 If your Account becomes inactive and we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will transfer your remaining balance to the relevant regulatory authority, if required by applicable law (depending on where you live).

12.1 Bonuses are only valid once per wallet.

12.2 You always play using your cash money balance first, before you start playing using your bonus funds.

12.3 Deposit and Reload Bonuses must be activated manually by you for the account. Unless otherwise specified, you can do this after you log in to the account and enter the amount needed to get the bonus. Transfers or Deposit Bonuses can only be activated when a cash money balance is available on the account. If you play with any of your funds before claiming the bonus, lost funds cannot be used to activate the bonus.

12.4 When claiming a bonus, your cash money balance, bonus and all winnings generated by them will remain bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn or bet on other products until the wagering requirements have been met.

12.5 All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met within a certain timeframe before any winnings can be withdrawn. The total wagering requirements for all bonuses are always stated in the terms of that bonus, and will be a minimum of 5x. Failure to meet the wagering requirement results in the bonus and any possible winnings from that bonus being forfeited.

12.6 When receiving free credit the maximum withdrawal is $75. The total maximum withdrawal for free credit per account is $150 for non-depositors. Depositing a small amount afterwards just to withdraw more free credit does not count.

Bonus Contributory Percentage:

Your bonus can be used with all games, but each game type has a contributory percentage that it makes to the wagering requirements before withdrawals are allowed.

The contributing percentages of games towards the wagering requirements are as follows:

12.7 Wagering Requirements:

All 200% deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x deposit/bonus.

All 50% deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 12x deposit/bonus.

12.8 Temporary one-time bonuses will have a wagering requirement of 5 times the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.

12.9 Please note, if you have multiple active bonuses in your account with wagering requirements that have not yet been met, these will accumulate. This means that you must complete the wagering requirement individually starting from the first active bonus received. Once you have successfully converted your first active bonus, you may move on to the next.

12.10 Risk-free bets on any game (e.g. proportional play on different results in the same hand/game so that "action" is created without risk) are not eligible for this bet condition. Examples of risk-free bets are wagers on red and black at the same time in Roulette and games on 'player' and 'bank' at the same time in Baccarat. All players who are detected to be in collusion, such as a person who bet on the player and a person who plays on the bank, will have their accounts closed indefinitely and all funds will be retained.

12.11 If you cancel the bonus / free spins, you lose the bonus / free spins and all winnings generated from the bonus / free spins.

12.12 We have the right to refuse a player the right to use a bonus or change the bonus (including cancelling it) if we believe that: The bonus is abused (our definition of abuse includes a player using promotional offers without ever risking their own funds); technical problems that have arisen in connection with the bonus; for some reason, the bonus cannot be implemented as intended.

12.13 Employees of Betarama.io, its licensors and licensees, distributors, resellers and subsidiaries are not entitled to receive any kind of bonuses.

12.14 If there is evidence of abuse or fraud, we will close your account and retain existing funds.

12.15 Unauthorised gambling. We may at any time decide to review game history and game transactions and / or monitor your use of bonuses or free spins. In the event of suspicion of unauthorized gambling (as defined below), we reserve the right to disqualify you from a free spins campaign or bonus, or other type of campaign, and / or retain all deposits and / or winnings and / or close your account. Unauthorised gambling is considered as bonus-misuse and is prohibited on the site. Unauthorised gambling may include (but is not limited to): low margin games, equal bet games, non-risk games and full or half-bet games. 12.16 If you already have multiple accounts you are NOT eligible for multiple bonuses in your additional accounts. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

12.17 In the case of non-deposit bonuses, coupons or vouchers, a minimum deposit of the equivalent value of $20 in the account currency must be deposited before a withdrawal can be made. This is to ensure that the account holder is a real person and that the bonus is not being abused.

12.18 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn. When a withdrawal is processed, any bonus amount used in the generation of the withdrawal will be removed prior to processing.

12.19 Bonuses last for a maximum 7 day (1 week) period from the time it is added. All funds must be used within this time - to a point where the account balance reaches zero, either through play or a successful withdrawal - otherwise all winnings will be forfeited and the bonus will be removed; leaving the initial deposit in the account minus any used funds.

12.20 In the interest of fair gaming in order to cash out any amount of money you must wager the required amount listed on the bonus terms page, unless specifically stipulated in writing by an approved representative of Betarama.io. If you opt in for the bonus, you cannot withdraw any amount from your account until you have met the wagering requirements.

12.21 Upon making a withdrawal, your account will be checked against all terms and conditions to ensure that they have been met correctly.

12.22 Deposit bonuses cannot be added retrospectively. You must opt into the bonus at the time of deposit.

12.23 We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time, at our discretion.

12.24 Bonus funds do not contribute to rewards.

12.25 All bonuses and rewards are intended for players engaging in genuine, good-faith use of our platform.
